But then winter came….
We don’t have to sweat out and worry about fall clean up now. The snow covered them all.

They will all turn into organic compost under the snow. 🙂 I love to see how the landscape changes through the seasons. I have only seen spring so far during a trip in Belfast and would love to experience fall and winter. Thanks for posting those photos!
Unfortunately they will not decompose fast because it is cold. The leaves need to be mulched or broken into much smaller pieces to hasten their break down. So most likely we need to clean them in spring when the snow thaws.
