Alam ninyo ba kung saan dapat mag-shopping ang mga corrupt na cotractors at pulitiko, at mga taong manhid at hindi marunong mahiya?

Backstory:

During our recent trip to the Arctic, the airline “lost” our checked-in bags that has our winter clothes, including boots, thick jackets and thermals. We had no choice but to shop for some winter clothes at the mall where I saw this store. Our bags finally arrived 3 days later. Perhaps the title of this post can apply to this too.
