Posted by I took two days off – yesterday and today. No, we did not travel to some exotic place, nor did we do something “fun”. We just have some odds and ends to do – like tidy up and clean up our disarrayed house, after our bathroom renovation was finally over.
I also became my kids’ teacher of the day, as we are homeschooling our children. I taught math, world history and science. But of course, I did have some time also just to sit around with my feet up and unwind.
At one instance, my 8-year-old son was busy studying and furiously working on his 3rd grade math workbook in our dinner table while he was still in pajamas (that’s one advantage of homeschooling is that they don’t even have to dress up for school), while I was sitting relax on the same table, reading my favorite book – Calvin and Hobbes.
There’s something wrong with this picture……. and it’s not my son’s pajamas.
